About Grass Roots BeverageTM

Grass Roots Beverage was created by DNA in order to get its own DNA Energy Drink® to market. A severe lack of distribution opportunities for new non-alcoholic brands in a market dominated by products controlled by Coke, Pepsi and Arizona, by building the platform to address our own needs, we have become a very attractive alternative for other quality manufacturers, with similar distribution hurdles to overcome. www.grassrootsbeverage.com

Explosive Growth of Distribution Operation Coupled with New Brand Opportunities Necessitates Relocation

Boca Raton, FL - (Business Wire) – DNA Beverage Corporation (Pink Sheets: “DNAB”), makers of DNA Energy Drink® the highly acclaimed delicious tasting energy drink and a favorite of the action sports community announced today that it recently completed its relocation to larger facilities in order to better manage its growing operations.

  • DNA Beverage Corporation Signs Exclusive Agreement to Distribute Xingtea(R) Across Florida
  • DNA's Wholly Owned Distribution Company, Grass Roots Beverage, Continues its Expansion
  • BOCA RATON, Fla., Jun 24, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- DNA Beverage Corporation (Pink Sheets:DNAB), makers of DNA Energy Drink(R), the highly acclaimed delicious tasting energy drink and a favorite of the action sports community, announced today that its wholly owned distribution company, Grass Roots Beverage Corporation, has added Xingtea(R) to its expanding portfolio.
  • Xingtea(R) is produced in Colorado by New Age Beverage Corporation. Xingtea(R) is an all natural product that is made with pure cane sugar and comes in more than 10 flavors. The Xingtea(R) line has established itself as a premium ready-to-drink tea line in many independent and chain c-stores and grocery accounts throughout the USA and is one of the fastest growing all natural teas in the United States. Grass Roots Beverage is already delivering product to chain stores such as Albertson, Walgreens and Sedano's as well as the several thousand independent convenience stores it services throughout the State of Florida.
  • Xingtea's Eastern Division Vice President, Jim Kayser stated, "We are incredibly pleased to be associated with Grassroots Beverage Corporation. We were, like many other non-alcoholic brands, seeking a partnership where we would receive the attention of an established product distributor that is so needed to be successful. In a very short period of time, Grassroots has dramatically increased volume, distribution and brand visibility." Kayser added, "In Florida the momentum is nothing short of explosive. The attention, sales representative focus and management team capabilities has made this one of the best moves for our brand since its launch in the Southeastern Region just over a year and a half ago. For some, it is the prestige of having a big name distributor which in some cases limits a sales representative's ability to spend time selling your brand. At Grassroots, care is taken to pay attention to every detail and fundamental at retail
